  • Identity of the contracting parties On the one hand, the CLIENT, identified on the website by means of an e-mail address, for which he/she has full responsibility of use and custody, and is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to NULTHY SHOP.On the other hand, NULTHY SHOP, as supplier of the products purchased by the CLIENT, is NULTHY SHOP SL, with address at C/ Margarita nº 12A, 16230 Villanueva de la Jara, Cuenca, CIF B09810029, customer service telephone number 669673077 and web page https://nulthyshop.com (hereinafter, the Website).
  • Object of the contract The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between NULTHY SHOP and the CLIENT at the moment the CLIENT accepts the corresponding box during the online purchase process.The contractual sales relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price and publicly displayed through the website, of the purchased product.

    The acceptance of this document implies that the CLIENT:

    – You have read, understand and comprehend the above.

    – It is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.

    – Assumes all obligations set forth herein.

    These terms and conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall apply to all purchases made through the NULTHY SHOP website.

    NULTHY SHOP informs that the merchant is responsible and aware of the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.

    In order to make the purchase, the CUSTOMER must register on the website by creating a customer account. To do so, you must voluntarily and freely provide the personal data required which will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.

    By placing an order with NULTHY SHOP, the CLIENT accepts these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the CUSTOMER may differ from those of NULTHY SHOP if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by NULTHY SHOP.

  • 1. PURCHASING PROCESS
    Any product from our catalog can be added to the cart. In this one, only the items, quantity, price and total amount will be shown. Once the basket is saved, taxes, charges and discounts will be calculated according to the payment and shipping information entered.

    The baskets do not have any administrative link, it is only a section where you can simulate a budget without any commitment on both sides.

    From the shopping cart you can place an order by following the steps below for its correct formalization:

    1. Verification of billing data

    2. Verification of the shipping address

    Selection of payment method

    4. Placing the order (purchase)

    Once the order has been processed, the system instantly sends an email to the NULTHY SHOP management department and a summary of the purchase to the CUSTOMER.

    An email will be sent immediately to confirm the status of the order and the shipping date.

  • 2. SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
    NULTHY SHOP will not ship any order until it has verified that the CUSTOMER has made the payment correctly.

    All our orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters located in Villanueva de la Jara (Cuenca), where they undergo a rigorous quality control to ensure that shipments arrive in optimal conditions.

    Our shipments are made through the main transportation companies (Correos Express, Correos y Telégrafos, UPS, DHL and GLS). Shipments to all the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands. Shipping to Europe

    Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

    In the summer season, due to high temperatures, orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday to avoid the product being exposed to high temperatures during the weekend.

    NULTHY SHOP will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place because the information provided by the CLIENT is false, inaccurate or incomplete.

    The CUSTOMER must verify, in the order confirmation email, that his/her data is correct for a correct reception of the product.

    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the carrier has placed the products at the disposal of the CUSTOMER.

    It is up to the CUSTOMER to verify the products upon receipt and to expose all reservations and claims that may be justified in the document of receipt of the delivery, to the carrier itself.

    The delivery time for our products will depend on the place of residence. Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, you will receive a tracking code with which you can check the status of your order at any time. Please note that delays in orders may occur due to causes beyond the control of Nulthy Shop S.L., such as specific delays in customs clearance, non-metropolitan areas, etc.

    In case of unavailability of stock of a certain product, the customer will be notified immediately and may request a full refund.

    Changes of the shipping address by the customer, once the shipment has been made, will have an additional cost.

    In case the shipping address is in a remote area, there will be an additional charge of 24 euros. We understand remote areas to be those areas outside of the UPS extended areas because they are less accessible.

    The carrier will make one or two attempts (depending on the carrier) at delivery. In case of failed delivery, the package will be left at a parcel collection point. The customer will be informed of its location once the package has been deposited at that point.
