  • Identity of the contracting parties On the one hand, the CUSTOMER, identified on the website by an email address, over which they have full responsibility for use and custody, and who is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to NULTHY SHOP. On the other hand, NULTHY SHOP, as the supplier of the products purchased by the CUSTOMER, is NULTHY SHOP SL, with registered office at C/ Margarita nº 12A, 16230 Villanueva de la Jara, Cuenca, VAT number (CIF) B09810029, customer service phone 669673077 and website https://nulthyshop.com (hereinafter, the Website).
  • Object of the contract The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual purchase-sale relationship established between NULTHY SHOP and the CUSTOMER at the moment they check the corresponding box during the online purchase process. The contractual purchase-sale relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed on the website, of the purchased product. 
    Acceptance of this document implies that the CUSTOMER:
    • Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
    • Is a person with sufficient capacity to enter into a contract.
    • Assumes all obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all purchases made through the NULTHY SHOP website.
NULTHY SHOP states that the business is responsible for and complies with the current legislation of the countries to which it ships products, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions acquired prior to the modification. To make a purchase, the CUSTOMER must register on the website by creating a customer account. To do so, they must voluntarily and freely provide the requested personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.​
Placing an order with NULTHY SHOP implies the CUSTOMER's acceptance of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the CUSTOMER may differ from those of NULTHY SHOP unless it has been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by NULTHY SHOP.​



1. PURCHASING PROCESSAny product in our catalog can be added to the cart. The cart will only show the items, quantity, price, and total amount. Once the cart is saved, taxes, charges, and discounts will be calculated based on the payment and shipping details entered.

Carts have no administrative binding; they are simply a section where a quote can be simulated without any obligation from either party.


From the cart, an order can be placed by following these steps for proper formalization:

2.    Shipping address verification


3.    Payment method selection


4.    Order placement (purchase)


Once the order is processed, the system instantly sends an email to the NULTHY SHOP management department and a purchase summary to the CUSTOMER.


An email will be sent immediately to confirm the order status and shipping date.


    

2. ORDER SHIPPING

NULTHY SHOP will not ship any order until it has verified that the CUSTOMER has made the payment correctly.

All our orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters located in Villanueva de la Jara (Cuenca), where they undergo rigorous quality control to ensure shipments arrive in optimal conditions.


Our shipments are carried out through leading shipping companies (Correos Express, Correos y Telégrafos, UPS, DHL, and GLS). Shipments throughout the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands. Shipments to Europe (check countries here).


Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


During the summer season, due to high temperatures, orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday to prevent the product from being exposed to high temperatures over the weekend.


NULTHY SHOP will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to the data provided by the CUSTOMER being false, inaccurate, or incomplete.


The CUSTOMER must verify in the order confirmation email that their details are correct for the proper receipt of the product.


Delivery will be considered complete the moment the carrier makes the products available to the CUSTOMER.


It is up to the CUSTOMER to verify the products upon receipt and outline any justified reservations and claims on the delivery receipt document directly to the carrier.


The delivery time for our products will depend on the place of residence. Once the package is handed over to the transport company, you will receive a tracking code to check your order status at any time. Please note that order delays may occur due to reasons beyond the control of Nulthy Shop S.L., such as specific customs clearance delays, non-metropolitan areas, etc.


In the event of a lack of stock for a particular product, the customer will be notified immediately and may request a full refund of the amount.


Changes to the shipping address by the customer, once the shipment has been made, will incur an additional cost.


If the shipping address belongs to a remote area, a €24 surcharge will apply. We define remote areas as those outside of UPS extended areas because they are less accessible.


The shipping company will make one or two delivery attempts (depending on the company). In case of a failed delivery, the package will be left at a parcel collection point. The customer will be informed of its location once the package has been deposited there.
