At Nulthy we want to do our bit for the environment, which is why we only offer two packaging sizes (500 grams and 1000 grams) to reduce plastic consumption. For this reason, our packages allow you to enjoy nuts for a longer time, and additionally, thanks to their ZIP closure, you can prolong their quality once opened.
Organic products are grown without the use of any type of chemical components, allowing us to obtain a natural product with a greater balance of nutrients and exceptional flavor. Furthermore, this type of agriculture promotes respect for the environment, considerably reducing the application of chemical residues in the soil.
Organic farming also does not allow the use of genetically modified or transgenic seeds.
This type of agriculture is developed following strict safety controls that guarantee a quality product adapted to European organic farming regulations.

Nuts can be categorized into different qualities, where various parameters are taken into account. Among them, we can highlight the origin, the size, and the percentage of broken nuts.

To guarantee this, we conduct a study of all our suppliers, checking that they meet our demands, where we emphasize the origin and look for a balance between the size of the nuts and the percentage of broken nuts to ensure a quality product at a competitive price.
- Natural nuts are not subjected to any treatment, meaning they are consumed just as nature offers them to us. In the case of roasted nuts, the nut goes through a roasting process.
- Roasted nuts usually stand out for their flavor, making them tastier.
- Natural nuts offer a softer or creamier texture, while the roasting process makes the food crunchier.
- The color of the natural nut will remain intact, while the roasted one will have a darker color.
- Natural nuts preserve all their benefits and nutrients unchanged, being a perfect source of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, fiber, and proteins.
- Raw nuts have a shorter expiration date; they last less time in their most optimal conditions since they have not gone through any process, so it is advisable to consume them quickly.
Nuts should be kept in the refrigerator because their oils can break them down or make them rancid. We advise you to store them at a temperature between 4ºC and 10ºC with a relative humidity below 65%.
Additionally, if we keep the nuts in the fridge, we will achieve a greater crunchy effect; otherwise, the nut would be softer.
