RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CUSTOMER has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (Art. 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27). Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the CUSTOMER. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with all the components that were in the package.
The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:
1. If the product is not presented in perfect condition.
2. If the product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it is prohibited.
3. When the product is open without being able to prove that it has not been used.
4. When they are customized products or those exempt for hygiene reasons or other legally provided exceptions in Art. 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27.
5. When the product has a limited expiration date. Therefore, orders for products included in offers due to an approaching expiration date (not exceeding 30 days) cannot be subject to withdrawal.
When refunding products that benefited from free shipping offers, the amount corresponding to the shipping costs covered by Nulthy Shop S.L as part of the offer will be deducted.
COMPLAINTS
If one of the products has arrived damaged due to transport, does not correspond to your order, or has not arrived in optimal consumption conditions, you must notify Nulthy Shop S.L. within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the product, by writing an email to pedidos@nulthyshop.com, or through the web form. Any complaint about an online order must be communicated indicating your details, the order number, the order confirmation email received, and photographs, for its subsequent evaluation.
Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the CUSTOMER and NULTHY SHOP, without the need to resort to courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

FORCE MAJEURE
The parties shall not incur liability for any failure due to force majeure. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cessation of the force majeure event.
COMPETENCE
The CUSTOMER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality, and fulfillment of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer modification in any way.
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
The guarantee of the products offered will respond to the articles based on Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
Product conformity
1. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products conform to the contract provided they meet all the requirements expressed below, unless due to the circumstances of the case any of them is not applicable:
a. They conform to the description made by NULTHY SHOP SL.
b. They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
c. They present the quality of a product of the same type that the customer can reasonably expect, taking into account its nature and, where appropriate, the descriptions of the specific characteristics of the products made by NULTHY SHOP SL.
Refund or product replacement
1. If the product does not conform to the contract, the CUSTOMER may choose between demanding a refund or replacement with an identical one, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate. From the moment the CUSTOMER communicates the chosen option to NULTHY SHOP SL, both parties must abide by it.
2. Any form of remedy that imposes on NULTHY SHOP SL costs that, compared to the other form of remedy, are unreasonable will be considered disproportionate, taking into account the value the product would have if there were no lack of conformity, the relevance of the lack of conformity, and whether the alternative form of remedy could be carried out without major inconvenience for the CUSTOMER.
The return and replacement will be subject to the following rules:
1. They will be free of charge for the CUSTOMER.
2. This gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs.
3. They will be carried out within a reasonable time and without major inconvenience to the CUSTOMER, taking into account the nature of the products and the purpose they had for the CUSTOMER.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. NULTHY SHOP and the CUSTOMER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the CUSTOMER's domicile any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions.
In the event that the CUSTOMER is domiciled outside of Spain, NULTHY SHOP and the CUSTOMER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Cuenca (Spain).
